4 Week Curriculum

4 days/week, 3 hours/day

Week 1

Interrupting Cycles and Patterns

When eating concerns and related behaviors begin to feel overwhelming or out of control, understanding the cycle is an important first step. Week 1 focuses on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and safe in your day-to-day life.

Together, we work to gently interrupt harmful patterns around food, movement, and thoughts—while building structure, consistency, and coping tools that support your well-being. This may include establishing more regular eating routines, reducing behaviors that feel compulsive or distressing, and developing strategies to manage emotions in a more sustainable way.

Our goal is not perfection, but helping you have a sense of steadiness and relief—so you can begin to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Week 2

Awareness and Mapping

This week of care builds on helping you better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that influence your relationship with food and your body. The focus is not on judgment or immediate change, but on developing awareness and curiosity about what you are going through.

Together, we begin to explore what may be contributing to difficult eating experiences—such as emotional triggers, stressors, and internal or external factors that shape your responses to food, movement, and self-image. This process helps you identify connections between your daily experiences and your eating behaviors.

By strengthening this awareness, you can begin to recognize your unique patterns with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Week 3

Behavior Change and Skill Building

This phase of care builds on awareness and focuses on creating meaningful, sustainable changes that support your well-being. We will work together to gently shift unhealthy behaviors while strengthening your skills to navigate your daily life.

This may include practicing more consistent and supportive eating routines, developing tools to manage distress and emotional intensity, and building strategies to respond differently to triggers that have previously felt overwhelming. The emphasis is on gradual, realistic change that feels achievable and supportive rather than rigid or overwhelming.

Throughout this process, you are not expected to do it alone. Care is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are.

Week 4

Integration and Relapse Prevention

This week focuses on helping you sustain the progress you have made and integrate new skills into everyday life. The goal is to support long-term stability and managing challenges as they arise.

Together, we reinforce the tools and strategies that have been most helpful, while also preparing for situations that may feel triggering or stressful. This includes identifying early warning signs, understanding personal risk factors, and developing plans to prevent returning to old cycles.

This phase emphasizes resilience and self-awareness—helping you maintain balance, navigate setbacks with compassion, and continue building a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
